a new thing

Forget the former things;

do not dwell on the past.
See, I am doing a new thing!

Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?

I am making a way in the desert

and streams in the wasteland.

God is doing a new thing in my heart. He's putting a new song in my mouth. I turn my face to the sun, close my eyes, and thank God for the way He has sustained me through the wasteland.
